A.

Works of thermal insulation and waterproofing at constructions

ALCA carry out waterproofing works at:

using modified bitumen membranes APP or SBS imported from Polyglass and Nord Bitumi (Italy) and Axter (France), membranes which are guaranteed by producers for 10 years. ALCA carried out waterproofing works at some of the most important constructions which were finalized in the last years in Bucharest, like: Bucharest Financial Plaza, Central University Library, Business Center Elvila, Columna Bank, World Trade Center, Chamber of Trade and Industry Palace, Parliament Palace, Holiday Inn, Connex Mobifon.
ALCA has done waterproofing out of border too, in Russia, at a group of hotels in Soci.
ALCA is capable to realize both thermal insulation and waterproofing using a GUSMER H 2000 equipment made in the USA, which sprays rigid polyurethane foam. This system, which uses chemicals produced by Nestaan Holland BV, was approved in Romania by INCERC. This kind of insulation were made for: Romexpo, Diasfin, Siderma, Football Club Rapid.
Understructure waterproofing against phreatic and meteoric water is realized with modified bitumen membranes or coating by brush DRIZORO and XYPEX products. Reference works: Bucharest Financial Plaza, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania. Also, ALCA has technical equipment and specialized workers for bridges waterproofing. Reference works are the Rucar, Jilava, Ploiesti, Nehoiu, Lipova bridges.

Constructions

ALCA constructed buildings at: Romtrans, Popa Tatu 21 St, Transilvaniei 32 st, sos Bucharest - Alexandria 8,2 km, Bere Chitila.

Societatea de Constructii ALCA is able to build based on designs, concrete floors, reinforced concrete stairs, accessible and non-accessible roofs and interiour and exteriour structures.
All of these are made with qualified workers, with proper means of production and with high quality materials.

C.

Sliding doors wardrobes

Sliding doors wardrobes can be executed by ordering.

  • the doors can be made of mirrror or wood pannel with 10 mm thickness;
  • the weidth of the doors can be between 500 and 900 mm;
  • the lenght can be up to 2750 mm;
  • the color of the tracks and of the wood pannels can be white or champagne;
  • the shelves partition in determined by the client.

ALCA sells modified bitumen membranes imported from Polyglass (Italy) and Axter (France)

This membranes, approved in Romania by INCERC, are applied by heating with a propane or butane torch and they have 10 years guarantee for material defects.
